• Wednesday Tradition: Every Wednesday, hop on your golf cart and join your neighbors for Music in the Park at the beautiful Au Gres City Park. Enjoy live music and a friendly community vibe as you relax with family and friends.

  Sleepy Oaks boasts both a private swimming pool and direct water access to Saginaw Bay/Lake Huron, making it an ideal destination for water lovers.
• Canals within the Campground: Sleepy Oaks is connected to the bay via its own system of canals, offering easy access for boating, kayaking, and fishing possibly right from your site.

• Chili Cook-Offs: Put your chili-making skills to the test or just come hungry to one of our annual Chili Cook-Offs. It’s a delicious way to enjoy the fall season with good food and good company.
• Karaoke Nights: Show off your singing skills (or just enjoy the show) at our fun-filled Karaoke Nights. Whether you’re a star or just a spectator, it’s a great way to have fun and connect with others.

Amenities for All Ages
Sleepy Oaks is designed with both comfort and convenience in mind. Our Clubhouse is open year-round, providing the perfect gathering spot for residents. It’s fully equipped with clean showers, bathrooms, and laundry facilities for your comfort.

• Water & Sewer: Water and sewer services are included in your annual dues. Units/ Lots 1-204, the water supply is turned off for winter, then turned back on in the spring.
  Units/ Lots 205-293 offer all year water if desired.
• Annual Dues:
  $480 per year (paid annually, quarterly, or bi-annually)
  $36.00 Specific Tax ($18.00 twice a year)
  Each Unit/Lot has property taxes assessed as vacant land.
